What is a serviced Apartment?

It is a fully furnished apartment available for short term or longer stays for both business and leisure travellers. It is an alternative to staying in a hotel room and offers more flexibility, space and freedom. It is a home from home.

Can I view the apartment before booking?

Yes, we recommend that you view your apartment prior to booking, however if this is not convenient or possible, we can provide photos of the apartment. If the apartment is occupied we may show you an apartment of similar standard.

Do I need bedding or towels?

We provide all towels and bedding for your stay.

Can I bring pets with me?

Regrettably we do not allow pets.

Can I get a discount for longer stays?

Depending on length of stay and availability we maybe able to offer discounts on your stay.

Can I stay for 1 or 2 nights?

Minimum booking policy may apply. Unfortunately we are unable to accept 1 or 2 nights bookings. Please enquire using the 'Availability Enquiry' section on the right side of the page, via email or calling 0345 8733 881 to discuss your requirements. We are here to help!

How do I check in and what time can I check in?

One of our friendly team members will greet you at the property, show you around, hand over the keys and answer any questions that you may have.Check-in is normally from 2.30pm. Special arrangements can be made if an earlier time is required.

Do you charge VAT?

We do (the current rate is 20%) and after 28 days of continuous booking with us the rate drops to 4%.

What is the minimum and maximum length of stay?

Minimum booking policy may apply. Unfortunately we are unable to accept 1 or 2 nights bookings. Bookings can be up to a year (or longer if required).

What time do I checkout?

Check out time is usually by 10am. Special arrangements can be made if a later time is required.

What is a welcome pack?

On your arrival we provide a small welcome pack of goodies, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar plus a few welcome luxuries to help get your stay underway.

How do I pay for my apartment?

Credit cards and debit cards, Cheques, PayPal, cash or Bank transfer.
